FUNDRAISING FOR CHILDREN LIVING WITH SPECIAL NEEDS DURING COVID 19
Managing change for Children living with special needs during this COVID-19 period has been a challenge for many families across the country.
Following the Government's directives focused on reducing the spread of COVID-19, measures such as working from home, travel restrictions, the closure of schools, the suspension of public gatherings and a nightly curfew has led to reduced access to resources and funds for many families.
It is therefore critical for the country to extend available social assistance programs to provide such households with food, water, and other basic supplies in order for them to cope with the crisis.
In this regard, LEA Client services has been running an initiative to raise funds that go towards supporting these children and their care-givers.
LEA Client Services has been partnering with local artists to perform during virtual concerts with the aim of raising funds to support children with special needs.
